Decagon Devices was initially founded as a family business in 1983 by Dr Gaylon Campbell, a reknowned soil scientist and environmental biophysist at Washington State University, Pullman, WA, USA. Since then, Decagon has now grown into a prosperous small business with over 40 employees. Currently, our products have applications in biology, agronomy, forestry, soil sciences foods, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics,. Our instruments are used throughout the world by industries, farmers, consultants, and researchers. For a small company, Decagon has become a fairly "big name" in the industries, research centers and universities that we serve. We continue to shrive to find innovative solutions for niche markets and hope to continue to do so in the years to come. In environmental, plant and soil research , Decagon is recognized for providing an array of accurate, high quality and innexpensive instrumentation. Recently, Decagon’s development of the ECHO soil moisture probe and its related accesories has given us worldwide recognition.
